Who is responsible for your data?

Jspace IT Solutions is responsible for Decision Roulette. Contact: office@jspace.pl, phone +48 666 989 275; location: Wrocław, Poland. The data controller’s full legal name and correspondence address still need confirmation. This document remains a draft until those details are completed.

Games and the public leaderboard

No account is required. Options for the games are used in your browser. If you submit a MathMaraton score, the server stores your nickname, distance and date. The score list is public and retains the top 100 entries. An entry may remain until displaced or removed by the operator. Do not include contact details in your nickname.

Cookies and browser storage

The NEXT_LOCALE cookie remembers your language for up to one year. Local browser storage remembers your theme, animation and audio settings, and cookie-banner response until you change them or clear site data. Cookie settings in the footer reopens the banner; changing that choice does not itself delete other preferences.

External connections

The 3D games load libraries from esm.sh, and some assets may load from external servers. Those providers may receive your IP address and technical browser information. Jspace links lead to a separate website. The production hosting provider, logs, any analytics and data-transfer arrangements still need to be confirmed.

Purposes and retention

Preferences remember your settings; nicknames and scores enable the leaderboard. Legal bases for each operation, retention periods for logs and correspondence, and the provider list will be added once the operator confirms them. This draft is not a complete processing notice.

Your rights and contact

Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, object to processing and exercise portability rights where applicable. You can withdraw consent where processing relies on it and complain to the relevant supervisory authority. For privacy requests, email office@jspace.pl. Describe the request and, for leaderboard entries, include your nickname and approximate score date. Do not send passwords or identity documents in your first message.
